1.iKout, iTrix, iSibeeta, and iBalot are free games that offer some in-game products that can be purchased with virtual currency (Coins), which users can earn by playing.

2. Additional coins can be bought if the user wants to purchase some in-game products or to play if the user runs out of coins to play games with.

3. Players can collect a Daily Gift of coins, and we reserve the right to alter its waiting time, amounts given, and may even remove the gift from the game without prior notice.

4. There may be some interruptions during gameplay and this may be due to many reasons, some of which are outside of our control. The user must be aware of the possibility of these interruptions and must take full responsibility when using the app regardless of the reasons behind them. In any case, we will work tirelessly to make sure that the experience is free from errors and interruptions.

5. Cheating is strictly prohibited, users are forbidden from playing while knowing what other users’ cards are by whatever means, or intentionally losing, or playing without intending to win fairly, or using any loopholes to cheat in contests or regular venues.

6. We reserve the full right to deduct coins from users, as well as the right to suspend accounts temporarily or even to delete the accounts, regardless of previous purchases by said user, when dealing with cheating users.

7. Some purchases may fail for reasons beyond our control. In such cases, we may ask the user to request a refund from Apple’s App Store or Google’s Playstore.
